This Is Spectrum — Irvine Company

OBJECTIVE: To create a leasing booklet for the Irvine Spectrum Center, owned by Irvine Company. The booklets are to showcase the tenants residing at Irvine Spectrum by showing it through a vibrant and colorful look and feel - full of out of this world experiences.

MY RESPONSIBILITY: In a month long time frame, I conceptualized, branded and designed the leasing booklets. I also art directed the $300,000 photoshoot for this project.
